Project Overview
Every October, the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board holds an Annual Luncheon to talk about tourism’s $1.6 billion on Valley Forge & Montgomery County, PA. Of course, to call it a luncheon is a bit of an understatement as this is a full-on production!
We were enlisted to help with multiple parts of the event. On a broader scale, we set the tone for their sports-focused “Be
Elite” theme with a playlist of high-energy songs that led into a countdown video featuring a very cool twist on Queen’s classic “We Will Rock You". We also worked on presentation slides for guest speaker Adam Sacks from Tourism Economics to make his data sing. But the main part of the event that we worked on was an introduction video and presentation slides for keynote speaker Jill Bodensteiner (Director of Athletics, Saint Joseph’s University). It was great getting to know Jill and working with her to tell her story!

Keynote Speaker Intro Video
Jill’s story is an inspiring one, but we didn’t want to give it all away before she told it herself. The goal was to pump up the crowd (and hopefully Jill too!) to set her up for success. While she has a sports background, many of the lessons that she learned can be applicable to both life and sports in the pursuit to grow. We used audio from our interview with her and brought it together with footage from Notre Dame University (where she previously worked) and Saint Joseph’s University to create a pump-up video that was authentically Jill’s.
